• Operational Hours: Strictly follow the published opening and closing times.
• Garden Navigation: Use designated pathways, walkways, and exits.
• Flower Preservation: Picking flowers is strictly prohibited.
• Prohibited Items & Activities: Not permitted: vehicles, balls, scooters, bicycles, hoverboards, pets. No outside food/beverages. No barbecuing.
• Waste Management: Use designated bins for litter.
• Seating Areas: Sit only in designated seating areas.
• Personal Belongings: Management is not liable for loss/damage to unattended items.
• Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the garden.
• Security Compliance: Follow security personnel instructions immediately and without dispute.
• Management Rights: Management may expel visitors who threaten flora/assets or engage in misconduct.
• Liability for Damages: Visitors and their companions are responsible for any damage to fixtures, installations, or landscaping.
