Bought tickets from a third-party site?
If your voucher does not work at the gate, contact the company that sold you the ticket — not the garden entrance. Use the official support details below.
Before you arrive at the gate
Dubai Miracle Garden can only scan valid official e-tickets. We cannot re-issue, refund, or override vouchers purchased through external sellers.
Your ticket seller is responsible
If you purchased through a travel website, app, or agent, your booking contract is with them — not Dubai Miracle Garden. Entry problems with third-party vouchers must be resolved with the seller who issued your ticket.
What to bring to the gate
Have your booking reference, QR code or barcode, and the confirmation email ready on your phone. The name on the ticket should match the visitor where required.
If your ticket does not scan
Step aside and contact the operator below immediately using the phone, chat, or email on your voucher. Do not expect on-site re-issue from garden staff for third-party bookings.
